Online Sales Policy
All online and phone dress orders are Final Sale as are all other purchases. This is the same policy we employ in our stores. All dresses are inspected by our quality control team prior to leaving our store. We are not responsible for the condition of the dress once it leaves our store.
When you place an order online with Chic Boutique, you can be confident that you will receive a new, fresh dress in the size/color that you request.
Please consult the vendor size chart for the dress you are intrested in to determine the size you would like to order. Each dress on our website has a size chart on the dress page. If you have questions regarding what size to order please do not hesitate to contact us at (855) 815-2500 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A Customer Service stylist will be happy to review your measurements with you to help determine what size you should order. It is your responsibility to order the correct size, color and style.
Orders placed before 11 a.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Once your order has been processed you will receive another email with your estimated ship date or should your dress not be available for your indicated wear date, a request from us as to how to proceed with your order.
All products are subject to availability but most are available to ship from us within 5-10 business days. Special order dresses are designs that are not in stock but can be ordered from the designer. When your order is processed we will provide an approximate ship date. Once the order is confirmed we are unable to cancel these items, as Special Orders are cut specifically for you!
Please make sure you give us the correct wear date (date you need the dress by) when ordering. This is the date that we base our order on. We will not order the dress or charge your card, unless we can guarantee delivery by that date. Although your dress may arrive sooner, we have up until the date you specify on your order to deliver the dress via standard ground shipping within the continental United States.
Due to the nature of our products, like other websites that sell prom and evening dresses, we do not give refunds, take returns, make exchanges or give store credit on any orders. Your order can be cancelled at no charge prior to processing, after processing your order will not be cancelled for any reason. We will not be responsible for you ordering the incorrect size, style or color. Dresses will fit each person differently depending on her particular figure. If in doubt, we recommend ordering the size that will accommodate your largest measurement. Alterations may be necessary to attain the best fit. Alterations are always at an addition cost.
All domestic U.S. (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) orders are shipped via Free UPS ground shipping. Free shipping is only avalaibe for orders placed online. Orders placed in store (via phone or in person) may be subject ot shippping fees. If you would like expedited shipping there is an additional charge based on the type of shipping and location dress is being sent to. Please call us at (855) 815-2500 or email us at email@example.com if you would like expedited shipping. If, for any reason, your dress is not available in time for this date, your money will be refunded in full.
Canada, Alaska & Hawaii orders are shipped via DHL or UPS. Shipping is determined by the cost of the item you are intrested in, and your distance from our shipping warehouse in New York. These shipments may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery. We are unable to predict the total cost of these fees, as they are determined by your government. We do not currently take international orders.
Some dresses may have zippers that do not lay completely smooth when the dress is put on. It is not a defect. It is necessary for the manufacturer to design some dresses with fabric cut on the bias (angle). It is what make the fabric drape as well as it does. It is not necessary to correct through alterations or recommended. We will not be responsible for this possibility

If you refuse delivery of an item that is shipped to you, we will reship it to you and charge you for all shipping charges incurred.

*As requred by law sales tax is only charged for online orders shipped in NY State; any orders placed in store must be charged sales tax.
ChicBoutiqueNY.com will match the price of an item found on any other Authorized Website at a lower price. Competing websites must have same style, color and size available and must be an authorized retailer. Offer not applicable to clearance and sale items.

It is free to register and create an account with us, and in order to use some services on the Website you will be required to register, although you can order Products without creating an account. If you create an account, then we will ask for certain personal information including your name, email address, phone number and shipping address.
Communications. Upon registering for an account with us, you consent to receive newsletters, marketing and other emails from Chic Boutique. You may opt-out of any emails from us, except for emails related to Product purchases and returns, by following the instructions contained in those emails or updating your account settings.
Returns. Chic Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not provide refunds. By purchasing any Product from us, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or otherwise contest the charges with your credit card provider. Any disputes regarding billing shall be subject to the Governing Law provision contained in these Terms. All attorney and court fees incured will be the resposiblity of the customer.
Product Appearance. We make every effort to display Products on the Website the same way that they will look in person. However, we are unable to control for environmental factors such as lighting and color, so that the final Product that you receive may not look exactly like the Product advertised on the Website. Chic Boutique is not responsible if you are dissatisfied once you receive the Product, and you agree and acknowledge refunds are not permitted.
Sizing. Chic Boutique offers a size chart on the Website so that you can order the most appropriate Product for you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct size, since we will not refund or exchange your purchase if you order the incorrect size.
External Links. The Website may provide links to other websites that are not maintained or controlled by us (“Linked Sites”). While we may receive payment from companies whose products we endorse or recommend, we expressly disclaim any responsibility for the content, copyright compliance, accuracy of the information, and/or the quality of goods or services provided by or advertised on any Linked Sites, and in no event shall we be held responsible or directly or indirectly liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on any Linked Sites.
