The customer service was amazing The customer service was amazing! I was in a last minute time crunch. I was having trouble finding the perfect dress for my daughter’s prom. I called and emailed with multiple questions and the response times were great and the representatives, especially Mona, were always pleasant and helpful. I ended up purchasing a dress that Mona recommended. She gave me the details and item number so I could look it up online and it was perfect!
